Go get em Mr. Thompson
I first became acquainted with Mr. Gary Thompson several years ago, when he was working for another management firm on community association properties.We have hired him not too long ago and was the best thing that happened to our property. Mr. Thompson being a self starter, began restructuring and organizing the way maintenance personal are to perform their duties to save the associations monies. With his intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge, performance and many others, Mr. Thompson turned our property around and going in the right direction within a short period of time. I would recommend Mr. Thompson to any and all communities that are looking to restructure their property with a common core value that produces productivity and capital gain.

Great Management Company
Mr. Thompson recently took over managing our property . He has been fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. In the short time Mr. Thompson been with us, so many past mismanaged issues have been resolved. He is highly recommended !!
